Pros

Freedom to control your day, no one looking over your shoulder micromanaging you. Good rewards. Excellent marketing programs. Strong sense of purpose and belief in the product and company. I feel I can be myself here. A driven-by-success group and I have witnessed and experienced strong growth with the company in my 5+ years. Strong commitment to customers and product lines. Individual goal setting is strongly encouraged and positive support from management is there to guide you. If you want to advance in the company, the opportunity is there. Company leadership is strong but fair and accommodating.

Cons

Lack of communication on certain things.

In reality the only pro here is that I still have a job and that you haven't closed your doors and also a company that offers overtime when needed.

Cons

From the minute I walk into the building, I just want to leave. From salary to people being bullied and mistreated is unfair to the good working people who are loyal.

I've worked for Watson Gloves for over 10 years and in those years I've seen a tremendous amount of change. As a woman in a male dominated industry, I've never once felt discriminated against because of my gender at Watson. If you work hard, you will be rewarded. My position here is evidence of that. I started as a Sales Rep and am now in management, without belonging to the "boys club" We joke and laugh but we also do our jobs. This company welcomed me with open arms and I'm forever grateful.

Cons

Watson has grown rapidly in a short period of time and with growth, weak points are magnified. No company is perfect but how the imperfections are dealt with is what's important. One significant step towards improvement has been engaging the employees through survey feedbacks.
