Pros
When you're on a good account, the job can be a really awesome and fun learning experience. Might get to do lots of client/vendor outings and have a pretty manageable workload.
Cons
Company is really bad at being honest and upfront with its employees- often hear about things from digital chad before from employers. Whether or not you enjoy working here is really going to depend on which account you're on.
