Pros

The staff were my favourite part of my job. I loved most of the people I worked with and that was the hardest part of leaving. I always tried to make my shifts fun as a supervisor, be calm and relaxed. It was the only way to get through it.

Cons

Very understaffed, call ins and no shows every shift. Higher management had a lot riding over them constantly. Was given same responsibilitys as salary managers with no pay raise. Turnover rate very, very bad. As a supervisor I was given the same expectations as higher management for 12 dollars an hour. Minimum wage is 11 dollars in Canada right now so figure that one out for an extra dollar. Not worth it at all.You get flack from everyone under you and everyone on top of you. DM felt less like a boss and more like a bully. We were running on such low labour. 1500 dollar hours with 8 people. It calls for 15, and you probably need at least 11 people online. No wonder orders aren't getting out on time.

Pros

Moved from cleaning up tables, trays to salad prep, then french fries, drinks and finally cashier relatively quickly.

Cons

Worker's on the grill tend to stay there and not like other staff moving into that station.
