Pros

I learned 100 percent what never to do to people .

Cons

No idea how humanity works . Humans need to eat and live somewhere and the wages being poverty level leaves the options limited to a poor quality of life . I found as manager , no matter how hard you fight for people’s rights they will make sure the voice is never heard . When I say rights I mean the rights of the employees and the community they infect. The greed is overwhelmingly obvious when a Christmas bonus is a 50.00 gift card for Amazon …. A Jelly of a the month club would be worth more . The impossible volume and disrespectful expectations of the insurance professionals employed should be addressed at a human rights level . The amount of burn out and mental health issues spurred on by this company should be a class action lawsuit . Beyond toxic environment! Fear and Shame based , ….. not enough space to to express the evil !

Pros

The people were the best part. Knowing there was other people to help you out during the rough times.

Cons

They are constantly overworking their employees, without pay increases, without acknowledgements. They understaff offices and are continuously buying out other offices. Slow down Westland... your staff are crying for help. Oh wait, the management doesn't care. If you are vocal about your experiences, they pretend to care and then tell you that it's just the way it is. They won't give you exit interviews because they don't want to hear what they've done wrong. Oh, yes, and their regional managers are incredibly inept, walking out on meetings because they've become too emotional. Awful place to work. I would never recommend to anyone, and any of my friends still working there, I have encouraged them to leave.

Pros

Haven’t found any yet, honestly not sure there are any.

Cons

Not enough employees to make the business run properly. Always feeling like you are giving and giving and they just ask for more and more! Pay is low for the amount of work you do! They have no problem buying up little independent companies and then abandoning them without first making sure that office is successful! Work life balance doesn’t exist!
