The remaining Weyerhaeuser people are amazing. Big shift though with the influx of employees from Plum Creek. Different value systems.

Cons

Over the last 2-3 years the culture at Weyerhaeuser changed dramatically. It just isn’t the same environment any more, a lot of ladder climbing and politics. No interest in environmental responsibility.

Management in general, Lack of respect, bullying, harassment(male manager to female employee), favoritism, Lack of work life balance, 4-6 employees on managment team do all the work. Unit manager is very fake and leads with only his career in mind.
