Pros
The have a very nice management team, and the company is very friendly and understanding. The benefits package for management is better than standard.
Cons
The older unionized work force is very unwelcoming to newcomers, and very resistant to change. The production floor is hot in the summer, and the volume is difficult to get accustomed to.
