      Pros

      Good working hours, salary and people (who are not appreciated).

      Cons

      This company needs a real shake up with Leadership. Very weak compared to other companies I've worked for. They do not follow the values and all the wonderful things they talk about. Although they say people are their greatest asset, they do not show it.

      Bad management they care about numbers not their people Lack of communication with the staff They hire you and few months later you will be laid off due to lack of work No one knows whats going on in the company No training nor professional development Technicians are leading the professional engineers
