      Great team and tools, but toxic management issues

      Pros

      If you land with the right team and manager, it's great. Good AI tools for productivity. At least the reign of Carl's awkward and forced sensitivity is over.

      Cons

      Have started eliminating all remote roles. Recent RIFs have started toxic "land grabs" and VP infighting. Keep chasing the next shiny new object instead of addressing toxic mismanagement.

      A lot has changed over the last years

      Great colleagues and company reputation. There is often great opportunity for stretch assignments

      Cons

      A lot of cost savings measures over the past years. No clear vision and focus of management and no true focus and commitment on international and needs and requirements outside the US!
