Money seems very important and protecting any form of negative publicity. Not always willing to address difficult issues like corruption with our own staff.

This is a really a family oriented organization. Great benefits with decent time off as needed. Many people are here to help hidden around the world and that's a great thing.

Cons

What I find is that the low performers generally stay here because high performers that come through from time to time get fed up with the bickering of the low performing leadership... Most here are happy with the status quo - I think it's a Christian thing. Petty squabbling happens all the time and everyone is invited to have an opinion before we move on a decision
