Pros

Dynamic and growing industry. Great colleagues during my tenure.

Cons

Be warned that this company has a previous track record of not paying employees. I too have not been paid. Writing positive reviews for this company were directly assigned to everyone in the company. After internal protest only Jillian wrote the first and the intern wrote the 2nd. Again be warned. If you decide to work for this company they will pay via pay pal and expect you to take a cut to your wages on fees. They will make up fake internal departments, like finance, accounting, HR etc. these departments do not exist in this company.. Goals and work is often just busy work with unrealistic expectations. You will work overtime of projects only to find out they are useless, after you will be blamed for your lack of results, even though you had no control over your own work.. Often Jillian will change results to keep the CEO happy. The teachers are not valued, underpaid, or and given little respect. They are dragged along with empty promises. It was said by upper management that teachers should be happy to be paid less than $15 an hour. This company is under the Online Group or OnlineenilO

Pros

I have worked for many online esl teaching jobs and many of them there has been zero support, zero communication and inconsistent hours and pay. My experince with inconvo is the total opposite. Jillian and the AM are always in contact with me if I ever need any kind of help or have questions bother during class hours and afterwards. The company has a solid bonus structure which is fair as well as paying on time, each time. I love my job and recommed anyone to work here, you wont be dissappointed!

Cons

Sometimes the internet connection on the students side has forced a cancelled class - but I still get paid for it.
