Overall ok work environment, although it involves alot of pressure and the ability to handle that pressure is paramount. You get the feeling the company/management cares about it's employees, although that doesn't get reflected in base salary increases which they've left stagnant for years despite exception performance reviews, so it's somewhat empty.
