Good support for professional development. Solid IT and design technology infrastructure. Management driven to bring in interesting work. Good effort to promote studio culture and design discourse with formal and informal meetings or events. Many senior staff members are kind and resourceful. Institutional knowledge on mixed-use and residential buildings, urban scale, and also sustainability.

Cons

Studio still in transition, expanding its presence in Vancouver and developing its own design approach and culture, which offers opportunities but also has its challenges.
