Pros

Many team members are incredibly talented professionals but they often don't stay long. True generalist mentality which is a pro/con. All employees are expected to use their full toolbelt of tricks and think creatively. Its a proper challenge.

Cons

Aggressively underbudget projects and salaries. Senior roles and leads are often scapegoated for project budget issues or deadline problems. Salaried employees often end up making half their rate with the amount of forced OT to cover hiring issues. That said hiring issues are usually that the company just wont hire anyone or is offering so little a rate for such a short time no one will accept it so the rest of the team has to pick up the slack without compensation.

Pros

Extremely friendly and trasnparent management Lots of learning and growth opportunities Frequent events for employee team building and relaxation Management did their best to limit overtime, and overtime was always fairly compensated in the few occasions when it was required

Cons

Pay was a little low
