Pros

There are a lot of smart, hardworking people at eHealth who genuinely care about helping customers. I’ve worked with some great teammates and learned a lot during my time . There are opportunities to take on meaningful work and build new skills.

Cons

You’re tied to your desk on meetings all day and required to be on camera or get accused of being disengaged. In recent years, priorities and organizational structures have shifted frequently, which can make it difficult for teams to stay aligned and focused. Communication between departments sometimes feels reactive instead of strategic, and change fatigue is high. Morale can vary significantly depending on leadership.
