Very supportive environment - lots of collaboration between sales & recruitment and the best management team I've had to date.

Cons

None - there is open dialogue that includes all employees and they make adjustments and changes accordingly/consistently based on feedback and open discussion. They put their money and efforts where their mouth is to create not only a successful business but positive work environment.
