      Worst mentality, worst management, just the absolute worst. I have worked with undesirable people, but never like at this place. Rude, arrogant and condescending isn't even close enough to explain their behaviour. I can't believe anyone does business with this company and I have gone out of my way since working there to tell every single contact I have never do business there because of the treatment and sleazy business tactics. I read some of the reviews of here, and yes they do steal your commission with the old "it wasn't your lead to begin with" line.

      Best company to start your career at for multiple reasons: 1) Having business conversations with CEO's about how they run their business and you learn a lot in terms of business development from each phone call. 2) You learn how to communicate and how to be well spoken when speaking to high level execs. Teaches you a lot on how to interact with people. 3) Managers their are " go getters" and very sharp individuals. A lot you can learn from them and they will do anything they can for each exec to be successful.

      Cons

      The job itself can get really frustrating at times but it is worth the learning experience and the return if you make a sale. Base salary is low to encourage people to work harder.
