      Such a great opportunity for those who graduate and is trying to enter the market General paid Training Listen closely to my goals and found a position that fit it. Contract was for 1 year before transition to my current company. Striving for better benefits and easy process to sign up with

      Cons

      Training didn't prepare me much for the role. Please ask for training specially for role that you are passionate about and/or have been leaning towards by the company. Not much paid time off just 6 days every 6 months.

The training should give you a good footing to start your role but as the role evolves there will always be continued learning to focus on. Always make sure to get in contact with your Engagement Manager who can advise you on training modules available to you once on the client site.
