Comfortable shift timings, not much mental stress.

Cons

No matter how much hardwork we do, supervisor was arrogant and intentionally blame for something. Work like a slave, act like a robot. Worst management. There is no future in this work, just work for few months to pay bills. It's a job not a career.

coffee and paid break, wage at some point

Bad management , production manager wants only robot as a human , they don't care about health at all, they wants to unload the 1400 parts from machine in one hour. i was hire for different work but they wants me to do labor work and unloading stuff when my line was down.
