“I’ve been with Bath Fitter for nearly 21 years. When I first started, I took care of deposits and processed new sales. Everything was on paper back then. I’ve taken on so many roles over the years, from events and being the office manager to advertising and, well . . . you name it! I never get tired of hearing about how excited people get about seeing the final product. So many people don’t understand what it is we do, so it’s nice to see how people are blown away by what we do. I still remember customers from 20 years ago. I like the feeling of accomplishment here, especially in this fast-paced environment. Solving problems and working out the details is what I enjoy most about the job.
