On Wednesday May 18th, CarePartners held its official grand opening of our newest clinic in Petrolia, Ontario. Located at 4359 Petrolia Line, this nursing clinic will look to provide health care support and various services, such as wound care, for the residents of Petrolia. With the opening of this clinic, it provides the residents of Petrolia with an option closer to home as opposed to needing to travel outside of their community for these health care services. The clinic is open seven days a week by appointment, from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, with plans to expand to evening hours in the future. We are so incredibly proud of this new development and through our important relationship with Home and Community Care Support Services Erie St. Clair, we are able to bring our wonderful services and talented team to another community.
Today is PSW day! Being a “Personal Support Worker” can take many forms, but one thing holds true: the support they offer earns them their title with every patient interaction! The care support workers show their patients is a highly important part of the care plan and we acknowledge and thank support workers for the skills and compassion they provide to the healthcare community, and for putting their heart and soul into their work every single day.
