South Carolina Department of Transportation selected our Ferrovial team to deliver the I-95 Improvements Project, enhancing a 10-mile stretch from the Savannah River to US 278. In partnership with Georgia Department of Transportation, this project will ease traffic congestion, improve mobility, and help keep people and goods moving along the corridor. Ferrovial to allocate over 550,000 euro to cooperation and social outreach projects in 2025. - The NGOs chosen to receive funding in this edition of the program are Fundación Codespa, Manos Unidas, Ingeniería para la Cooperación – ICLI and Nuevo Hogar Betania. - In 2025, Ferrovial’s social programs will benefit 23,741 people in Spain, Africa, Latin America and Asia. This year, Ferrovial will work with Fundación Codespa, Manos Unidas, Ingeniería para la Cooperación – ICLI and Nuevo Hogar Betania to improve access to drinking water and sanitation in developing countries in Africa, Latin America and Asia, and to upgrade food pantries in Spain so as to provide quality food to people at risk of exclusion.

Ferrovial has been recognized for the second consecutive year as the most sustainable company in the Construction and Engineering sector in Europe, according to the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI). This recognition highlights the company’s strong commitment to sustainability, demonstrated by its uninterrupted inclusion in the DJSI for over two decades. Ferrovial ranks second in the DJSI World, standing out for its risk management and human rights policies. The company continues to advance its 2030 Sustainability Strategy, structured around three key pillars: environment, community, and governance.
Ferrovial has agreed to acquire up to a 5.06% stake in the 407 ETR highway for approximately 2.09 billion Canadian dollars. The transaction is structured in two parts: 3.30% at closing and 1.76% deferred for 18 months through a call and put option. Additionally, AtkinsRéalis would sell its remaining 1.7% stake to CPP Investments, and PSP Investments would acquire a 7.51% stake from CPP Investments. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025, subject to customary conditions. The 407 ETR highway, an electronic toll road in Toronto, has been a key asset for Ferrovial since 1999. The press release also includes warnings about risks and uncertainties associated with the transactions and external factors.

He is preparing focus groups, reviewing texts about recognition and development programs, and adjusting key messages to reflect the vision and objectives of different companies. He is also focusing on improving employee engagement and creating relevant and accessible content. Additionally, he has received feedback on several texts and is looking to make adjustments that better reflect the focus of each program and its impact on employees.
