At FirstService Residential we value feedback. Our associates' personal experience and engagement with our organization are essential. With their feedback, we can improve upon both the associates' satisfaction and our customers' satisfaction. Upon reviewing these anonymous submissions one by one, we take action and set up listening sessions with department leaders and implement best practices and potential changes to processes based on what our associate's had to say! FirstService’s 2022 Summer of Service is off to a strong start. With one month under our belts, we are encouraged to hear so many members of our FirstService family have already engaged in thoughtful acts of service, large and small. As the summer hours keep getting longer, make the most of them by taking some time to do something good for others.

2021 HOH Service Awards Virtual Celebration Congratulations to our Heart of House associates celebrating 5, 10, 15 and 20-year anniversaries with the company. To honor their years of dedication to FirstService Residential, we had a fun virtual event with polls, raffles and lively interactions.
A Day of Service Honoring Black History Month with A Day of Service, dozens of associates from our Hollywood and Boca offices volunteered to help Feeding South Florida deliver on their mission to support individuals, families and older adults experiencing food insecurity in our community. Kudos to our generous volunteers, who inspected, sorted and boxed over 16,000 pounds of food or the equivalent to 13,440 meals at the Feeding South Florida Boynton Beach and Pembroke Park locations.
