In today's #GoodJourney post, Goodfoodie Nathalie Habachi, who started in our Member Happiness department, now an advisor in our Talent Acquisition department, shares her career journey of opportunity and growth! "I joined Goodfood in 2020, a time when life was chaotic and the future was uncertain. I had lost my job that March and really wanted to take my time to find an the perfect opportunity at the right company. That is when I found Goodfood and joined the Member Happiness department as a customer service specialist. Everyone from the training team to the management were beyond welcoming! The team really provides you with all the resources and support you need to be successful, and this really set the tone for my journey with Goodfood. With my past experience and everything I learnt in my role in Member Happiness, I jumped at the chance to apply my skillset in a different capacity. The Talent Acquisition team welcomed me with open arms and I have felt unconditional support for my growth at the company ever since."
