For 40 years, Intel Taiwan has been at the heart of one of the world’s most dynamic computing ecosystems, where innovation, collaboration, and customer focus fuel everything we do. Established in 1985, Intel Taiwan today spans Taipei and Hsinchu, with teams embedded across client, data center, silicon, platforms, and sales—supporting customers and partners shaping the global tech landscape. With engineers making up more than two thirds of the site, technical excellence runs deep. From hundreds of annual workshops and power on sessions to hands on debug collaborations in our 25 room Intel Technology Training Center, learning never stops. Signature moments like our Ecosystem Symposium and Computex anchor the year. And innovation is only part of the story. Intel Taiwan is a true community, celebrating 40 years last October with employees and families, supported by an active Employee Welfare Committee and ERGs that connect people through volunteering, culture, and shared experiences. Take a look at Intel Taiwan, past and present.
At Intel, innovation isn’t just something we talk about — it’s something our people build. At CES 2026, Intel employees unveiled an 8-foot-tall replica of our Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processor, crafted from 42,000 LEGO bricks and powered by 600+ LEDs wired to show real-time computing activity. The installation was engineered by a small team of Intel creators and LEGO enthusiasts who brought together design skills, electrical engineering, and a lot of late nights to make it real. It’s a powerful example of the creativity, collaboration, and passion that fuel our culture.
We’re proud to share that Intel has been named one of Forbes’ World’s Best Employers 2025! This recognition reflects the progress we’re making in our cultural evolution—anchored in engineering excellence, customer obsession, and disciplined execution. Together, we’ll keep building a workplace where innovation thrives and results matter.
AI is hungry for power – and that’s creating a massive challenge for data centers. Our team is pushing the boundaries of thermal management to keep the heat off Moore’s Law. Rajiv Mongia, senior principal engineer, and his team in Intel Foundry are tackling this critical challenge – inventing packaging solutions and running nearly 100,000 thermal simulations every month – to unlock the next generation of AI performance.
As the RibbonFET transistor arrives with Intel 18A, Chung-Hsun Lin works at the crossroads of silicon ambitions and physical reality. Check out his story in our latest Behind the Builders feature.
Every breakthrough you admire didn’t come from out there, it comes from inside all of us. Inside you. And we can help you amplify it. Multiply it. Accelerate it. That’s the power of #IntelInside.
Our wonderful employees spoke, leading us to be named one of the Best Places to Work by Glassdoor. It’s truly an honor and we’re privileged to have some of the most brilliant talent in the world as our own. Thank you!
