The Dakota Dunes Resort, located on the historical Whitecap Dakota First Nations lands in Saskatoon, officially opened on Thursday! The six storey hotel and conference centre is attached to the existing Dakota Dunes Casino and features 155 rooms, a restaurant, fitness centre, conference space, and an indoor rooftop pool. We are proud to collaborate with our Indigenous communities. Great work by the team!
Check out the aerial lifts at our Mapleview Mall Sears redevelopment project in Burlington, Ontario. A Sikorsky S58T helicopter successfully lifted 26 HVAC units – the heaviest being 25 tons - from the parking lot to the mall roof. The series of lifts took less than an hour, a fraction of the time of a traditional multi setup crane lift. Congrats to our project team for their efforts in safely planning the staging and sequencing. And a big thank you to Sprint Mechanical Inc for offering this innovation & perfect execution.
