Many of our employees got into the spirit of giving this holiday season through our local Adopt-A-Family program. Our Social Committee organized gift giving for a family in need and our employees’ generosity shone through!
Employees arrived at work last Friday to sweet and nutritious snacks in our kitchenettes, courtesy of our Healthy Workplace Committee, which was promoting their Wellness Vendor Fair at the end of the month.
When our catering team goes on vacation, we get food trucks to serve delicious lunches to our employees. Fo' Cheezy was one of the local food trucks that came to our offices this month.
OTIP employees are members of our Edvantage program that offers great rewards and discounts with retailers and businesses throughout Ontario. We recently held an Edvantage Partner Fair at our office where employees were able to connect with some of our partners, enter draws for prizes and enjoy some delicious ice cream and panzerottis.

Teams from across our Ontario and Alberta offices took part in Pink Shirt Day to take a stand against bullying in the workplace, in our schools and our communities.
On Valentine’s Day, we love to show our employees how much we appreciate their hard work. We made this year super sweet with a special desk drop and candy grams that employees sent to each other. Proceeds from candy gram sales will be donated to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
