Celebrating one year of Thoughtworks Peru 🇵🇪 During our Gather in Lima, we took a moment to reflect on how far this community has come. What started as a new chapter is now a growing team of more than 40 Thoughtworkers. The day was filled with conversations about our future, AI/works, delivery and the connections that continue to shape our journey together. ✨
A few highlights from our May Gather in Santiago ✨ Thoughtworkers came together for an afternoon of conversation, connection and, of course, some much-loved Chilean completos 🌭. Between board games, laughter and great discussions, it was a chance to strengthen the relationships that make our community special, both inside and outside of work. 💜
Thoughtworks alum Jéssica M.’s journey through tech has been shaped by curiosity, purpose and impact. After joining Thoughtworks while still in university, she grew across teams and regions, later finding her path in cybersecurity. Today, she works as an Information Security Officer while continuing to support digital inclusion, cybersecurity education and women’s leadership through community initiatives in Ecuador. As she says, “Cybersecurity is not just about protecting systems.
