Together, we will implement a program that educates our youth and informs BC Lions fans and the public about the importance of embracing a rich multicultural community that fosters inclusiveness, understanding, and mutual respect. In Habitat for Humanity Canada, we have found a partner that is dedicated to the highest form of human and community development, and Westland is pleased that this is the first of several projects in this partnership. To kick off our partnership, we have committed to being the House Build Sponsor for the Yorkton, SK site. Our very own Cari Watson, Habitat Saskatchewan CEO Denis Perrault, CPA, CA, C.Dir., Yorkton MLA Greg Ottenbreit, Mayor Mitch Hippsley of the City of Yorkton as well as new homeowner, Tania, and her sons were on site for the sod-turning event.
