Champions of Change: Celebrating Our BPSO Journey Earlier this month, we hosted a Champions of Change Open House, shining a light on our role as a Best Practice Spotlight Organization (BPSO). The BPSO designation from the Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario (RNAO) represents our commitment to excellence through the use of Best Practice Guidelines (BPG) to improve patient experience and health outcomes, improve staff experience and more. The open house welcomed over 100 staff members, Osler and RNAO leaders who enjoyed interactive booths, games and education about our Best Practice Guidelines: Falls Prevention, Pressure Injury Prevention and Management, People-family Centered Care, Transitions in Care and more.
