3 Rounds consisting of GD, and 2 interviews which takes a whole day to complete. Every round filters people, it's a decent experience and the rounds can be tense at times. However, the volunteers do their bit towards making you feel welcome.

it was in 3 stages first a written test, then a group dynamics, and finally, an interview where we were asked a lot of questions by someone who is already in the organisation
