I applied online and was invited for an interview a few days later. The interview was conducted by a store manager and lasted around 20–30 minutes. They asked about my previous customer service experience, availability, teamwork skills, and how I would handle different situations with customers. The atmosphere was friendly and professional, and I was given information about the role and expectations.
