It was an easy process. Large group information session followed by a minimal question on why you think you'd fit. Overall a simple process, new reps hired regularly. Turnover is very high.

Interview
First they make you watch an overview video of about 20mins then you’re invited to a zoom interview where somebody first talks in length repeating the same info from the video , then you’re put in a breakout room where a hiring manager interviews you and congratulates as part of the top 2 they are looking for, makes you feel good about yourself but it’s all a lie because their selection is based on if you’re willing to pay for a training and licensing fee of $240.
