It begins with an Online test, then followed by an Assignment which basically creative and intellectual type, then comes the Interview. In interview they asked questions related to the assignment task as well as some other concepts of your interest.

To demonstrate teaching and how to explain harder concepts simply.
Okayish. Didn't get the position. Waited for some time. They asked to write and essay. Then they asked to write about a book that was last read. There was a grammar and language test along with the write up.
