Interview
Initial Call was a phone screening which was ok took about 10-15mns.
Second process was a technical interview which included very little technical skills at all more interpersonal skills all about you as a person and how would you perform as a person on different situations nothing relevant to the position with regards to technologies e.g javacript html css
Take Home Assignment
I was then giving a take home Assignment to do which was straight forward and I managed to get done the time for this was one week.
Two days later when I submitted I got an email saying I had being rejected for the final interview..
When I asked to recruiter why I was rejected I was informed while I had submitted the assignment someone else had already been giving an offer and then accepted when I sibmitted.
What I am more dissapointed about is the fact that I spent time on the assignment etc. I was giving a week I was told there were no bonus's for sending the assignment in early.
I guess as a candidate it night have just been a single bad experience

Interview
Interview wasn't hard. They ask you pretty much standard questions. Usually, two engineers interview you, and they want to find out the way you'll resolve some technical issues - as this will be your job.

If the database returned a response for one SQL request in 2-3sec, and next day the response to the same SQL request is returned in only 30min - how would you investigate the issue?

It was fast and fluid from recruitment team to hiring manager with clear understanding for the process. They are very accommodating and everything seems to be relaxed while waiting in the front desk.
