Grosvenor Casinos interview questions

Applied for this role and contacted to arrange an interview via teams 1st interview cancelled with a days notice 2nd interview cancelled 5 minutes notice was sitting in front of my laptop in my interview clothes when received the call 3rd interview arranged , dialled in and no one from Grosvenor attended the call Called the internal recruiter went to voicemail , left a message E- mailed the recruiter and the recruiting manger . Was then ghosted until 2 weeks ago when I received a standard email saying they were still considering the interview outcomes then an email this week saying other people did better in their interviews than I did I emailed the recruiter to say not sure how other people did better than me in interview when you never interviewed me ? Had another bog standard reply Process and candidate experience is awful , no communication, no regard for time off taken to attend interviews which did not happen and no consideration of wellbeing of individuals where you are left feeling you have done something wrong when you have not

It was talking about yourself, and experience. After just talking, you're given a test page with about 10 equations to solve on it. It was rather easy, no hard questions. I think one was like 17+35, which is something you get to know like the back of your hand in training, but it wasn't hard.
