Key Media Editor interview questions

I was asked to take a time-limited editing test that would be delivered by email and I would have one hour to return the test. They didn't deliver it on time, and then didn't respond to my emails asking where it was. I already had misgivings, but I later took it on another day, and even then it was sent to me 20 minutes late. I suppose I passed the test (maybe they were testing my patience, LOL) and was then asked to have a video interview. The morning of the appointment, they asked to reschedule -- to 6 a.m. the next day! I was just left feeling taken for granted by their discombobulated process. I can only imagine how they treat their employees.
