The first round was with the recruiter who confirmed the second round with the hiring manager and then ghosted for a couple of weeks until I received a generic rejection email without any personalized feedback. It also came from a masked email id so I could not respond and ask for feedback.

My interview experience with Kinaxis was pleasant and professional. The team was welcoming and took the time to explain the role and company culture clearly. Communication was excellent, with regular follow-ups. I appreciated the transparency and I hope to have the chance to re-engage with them in the future.
