Interview
The interviewer was extremely prompt with all correspondents during the process, and very professional and friendly. The questions in the telephone screening were rather generic, and I did not feel like they could really assist the employer in finding an appropriate candidate as they were not specific to the position or behavioral based. I also found it interesting that the interviewer could not give me details when I posed the statement of, “Please detail the day to day operations of this role”. It was far too generic and it made me feel that the individual who was interviewing me may have not been the best candidate to be doing so. I did find that the interviewer’s knowledge of the company was superb, and again, the speed of all correspondents were well handled.
