Asking senior level questions for an entry level role. The interviewer was rude and giving an attitude. The experience was bad overall. I do not recommend applying here, even when it is your first entry level role this is not a role you want to apply.

To the Service Desk Manager; Instead of wasting people's time commuting to the hospital for an interview, conduct an online interview. Also, this role is an ENTRY-LEVEL ROLE, I don't understand why you expect so much knowledge from someone who recently graduated from college, this role is supposed to have on-the-job training since this is where people start their IT career. I interviewed back in October 2024 and the posting for this job is still here as I am typing this. Terrible interviewers
