Mackenzie Health interview questions

Got a call from an executive assistant for a 30 minutes panel interview (virtual). About a week later, I got contacted by the HR and was told that the panel would like an in person meeting/interview. The HR gave me timelines that she could not adhere to herself. I had to follow up countless times for the invite and details and confirmation of the date and time. Very unresponsive after and even before the interview. They also ask you for your current manager as a reference (current of most recent if unemployed) which is a red flag. I have never seen reference requests like this before and I have interviewed at many places. Currently interviewing somewhere and they are happy with a professional reference that I FEEL COMFORTABLE PROVIDING. I didn't get the Mackenzie Health job because I didn't provide my current manager as a reference,

There were two interviewers. They asked me a mix of general questions along with medical questions, such as how would you prevent, assess, and intevene a pressure injury. Other than that, they were pretty nice and made the interview process comfortable.
