Marsh Risk Insurance Broker interview questions

Following application, two rounds of interview, initially with hiring manager a managing director, second interview with head of specialty. Majority of questions were strength and experience based, with some technical questions to ensure suitability for the role.

First round was a games assessment. Second round was an interview with HR (taking down notes) & a Business Manager (the one asking the questions) Mostly behavioural & scenario-based questions. Was very manageable & overall a decent experience.
