On Side Restoration Services interview questions

Applied online and had a phone call within 30 minutes to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was fantastic & was asked position-relevant questions. Was also told they are looking for the "right person" to fit within the team and my skills & experience were an obvious match. The in-person interview was vastly different. One person looked like they didn't want to be there and I was told they are hiring for 3 positions. Which one would I like to be considered for? Over-all, I felt all the questions were leading me to describe a negative work experience. Not one question asked me about my successes. Once the process was over, I never heard from them again. I sent two follow-up emails thanking them for their time and consideration and I didn't receive a single thing back from them. I find that unprofessional and surprised that they couldn't even take the time to send the standard "thanks but no thanks" response. Makes me wonder how they run their business.

Thorough but also brief in length of time. The hiring manager/operations manager will ask how much experience you have in the industry, he/she will ask you to walk them through a typical day in the field, etc.
