The questions were situational; how would you react to a kid being rude? How would you explain 5x5 to a 5 year old? When you faced a challenging situation how did you react?
Was a fairly easy process. Did a phone screen with one of the managers where she asked me about my school situation and just some basic questions about why I wanted the job. Then did a trial session where I had to walk a fake student through a calculus question.
