Before the first interview, you receive two tests. 1. To check your writing abilities 2. To check your reviewing capabilities After you have completed and passed the two tests, you have a single (sometimes two) phone interviews where you answer some questions about your educational experience, any gaps in your work experience, how well you can work in a remote environment and general questions about yourself (such as education background) etc.
