I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PDS Health (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2026
Interview
First, you have a phone interview, then a Zoom interview, and then they require you to attend a supervision at one of their offices. It was completely waste of time because the person who was supposed to show me her office was already overwhelmed with her work, I was just sitting there for hours learning nothing
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PDS Health in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process was pretty smooth and quick. There’s an onsite tour, and you may need to travel to a few different locations during the process. Most of the communication happens through text, which makes things fast and easy.

I interviewed at PDS Health (Everett, WA) in Feb 2026
Interview
I had a very disappointing experience interviewing with PDS Dental, not because I wasn’t selected, but because of how poorly the process was handled afterward.
The initial stages were positive. The team was friendly, I completed an in office shadow experience, met leadership, and left with the impression that there was genuine interest and momentum. I was even told that I would be recommended for the role, which made the lack of follow up especially frustrating.
After investing significant time and effort, the rejection was delivered with minimal professionalism. There was no phone call, no real closure, and communication felt abrupt and impersonal for a position that requires strong interpersonal standards.
Candidates deserve timely, direct communication, especially after multiple steps in the process. Unfortunately, this experience reflected a lack of respect for applicants’ time and a disappointing breakdown in basic recruiting courtesy.
I hope the organization improves its hiring communication moving forward.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear the initial stages of the process were positive and that you found value in the shadow experience and leadership interactions. We’re sorry to hear the follow-up communication did not meet your expectations. We understand how important timely and direct communication is, particularly after multiple interview steps, and we appreciate this feedback as we continue working to strengthen consistency and professionalism throughout our hiring process.
