Regus Area Manager interview questions

The recruiting person isn't aware of the market asking about it, the management politics are so much complicated and takes 5 months to get an offer, they prefer ladies and they say it clearly. It has to be approved by someone how does not even meet you to know who you are, if you are good you are most likely to get declined cause they don't want to have people tell them what they want unless you have someone push your application which was my case. If you are good at what you are doing you are most likely to be fired cause the management does not want you to grow.

Un premier entretien avec N+1 (Area Director), puis un autre avec N+2 (Directeur Général). Puis offre plutôt rapide. Un process assez court. Ils posent beaucoup de question (normal), mais ont du mal à donner de l'information en échange (sous couvert de confidentialité, dommage)
