I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Richter (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2023
Interview
Consisted of a Behavioral + Case (market sizing + qualitative case) interview with Partner and Vice-President on my team; lasted about an hour. Fairly typical process as far as advisory goes.
Two rounds of on-site interviews. There are very insulting questions such as are you legally work in Canada? The question was very unnecessary as if I am not legally working in Canada, why would I come for the interview?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Richter (Montreal, QC) in Feb 2017
Interview
It was an easy interview with basic questions. There were several interview rounds, but, in the end, nothing very scary. They are very friendly. For the phone screen, they'll ask question to be sure you're fully bilingual.
