      I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Rivian in May 2026

      A recruiter reached out to me. There were 2 recruiter rounds which was a bit weird I thought. Total 6 rounds after recruiter screening. Screening round - talked about experience, quick system design check, and a quick coding check (graph based problem - BFS). Hiring manager screening - Talked about past work and overall experience. Technical deep dive - deep dive into a project, deep dive into LLM and agent concepts and productionizing a POC. Coding - Emphasis on vibe coding. Product Stakeholder round and System design - RAG
