SAP Technical Account Manager interview questions

The recruiter was 15 minutes late to the phone screen and was picking up other phone calls in during the interview. The recruiter said my profile would be a good fit and will forward it to the hiring manager for the next step and as well as to get back to me in 7 days. Unfortunately the recruiter never responded and I eventually found out that this position has been filled on the website. This very unprofessional and even a generic rejection letter would be appreciated instead of leaving the candidate waiting without any notification.
