I had a very positive interview experience with the company. The process was well-structured and consisted of three clear stages. First, I had a screening with HR, followed by an interview with the Line Manager and Program Manager. Both were incredibly friendly and professional throughout.
I was given a two-part business case focusing on communication and analytical skills. The final stage was a review session with the managers. While the atmosphere remained friendly, the technical deep dive was quite challenging, leading me to decide that the role wasn't the perfect fit for me at this time. I withdrew from the process, but I left with a high opinion of the team and the company culture.
